UST Angelicum College started out as an educator's simple dream to break free from the traditional educational system. While Rev. Fr. Rogelio B. Alarcon, O.P. was still an elementary pupil at the Colegio de San Juan de Letran, he had already thought of a school that would cater to the individual needs of each student and discard the traditional concept of grading.
