Philosophy & Objectives
The UST Angelicum Philosophy of Education serves as the foundation of the College’s existence and operations. It embodies the school’s concept of education, its goals and objectives, and its idea of the nature of the learner. At its heart, UST Angelicum College is a Catholic, Dominican, and Filipino institution of learning — the ideas of the Catholic Church, the Dominican Order, and the Government of the Philippines on education and on man himself form part of its educational philosophy.

UST Angelicum College operates under a unique non-graded and self-paced educational system — an alternative and innovation that evolved from the basic idea of allowing each child’s individual growth to happen at its natural pace, geared toward the attainment of the school’s vision and mission.

Specific Objectives of the College
UST Angelicum College aims that learners:
Live as witnesses of the Gospel and manifest truly Christian values and attitudes in relation to themselves and with others.
Manifest a deep love for the Blessed Virgin Mary, St. Dominic, and other Dominican Saints through ardent devotion to the Holy Rosary, and commitment to Truth, Justice, Charity, and Fortitude.
Involve themselves actively in religious and civic welfare activities.
Show the ability to learn how to learn in all situations.
Acquire fluency in verbal expression and a functional level of literacy and numeracy.
